AGM 2025 Nomination Form

A person may not be nominated unless he or she has consented verbally or in writing to the nominator or another person at the meeting. A person nominated need not be present at the meeting. A person making a nomination must be present at the meeting. Voting will take place at the meeting by secret ballot.
